The Starcross History Society is holding its first live meeting for ages, and it's going to be in the afternoon.
Wednesday, 20th October

but please bring a raffle prize
The performance is based on Reg Colley's memoirs about Starcross between the two World Wars.
Reg will take us to meet key characters who include:
- May Colley; Reg's wife
- Gassy Coombes, who owns the recently built Kenton Gas Works
- Dr Isles
- Charles and Charlie Elliot, the blacksmiths
- Ginny Lane, the cockle picker
